* Discoloration on the case.
* Small cracks on the case
* Trackpad buttons has signs of wear and tear.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

* The fan on this laptop turns off automatically, then turns on whenever the unit becomes hot.
* With the included Windows XP it does not crash/hang/blue screen
* Brightview LCD screen is in good condition.
* Altec Lansing Sound is quite loud (not broken). Good bass quality.
* Battery life last around 1-2 hours depending on type of usage.
* Every other function of the laptop is working.
* Hinges are tight and secure.
* Recovery CD for Original Windows XP Home Premium installation bundle is available.
* Heat is an issue for these Laptop models from Compaq. Please note that this
unit does get hot which is typical for laptops of its generation. It seems to have
passive cooling method. It's great as a desktop unit but not really much for
portability due to the heat. Despite the heat this laptop does not have hanging
issues or whatsoever. It can go as long as 5 hours or even more when plugged to a
power outlet.
* Laptop has never been repaired.
