A Construction Firm Need A Civil Engineer

Salary Range:

Minimum of18000 pesos

Qualification Requirements:

1. Experienced in local building codes and safety laws.
2. Working knowledge of CAD tools and Microsoft softwares.
3. Registered Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical, or Professional electrical Engineer.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Plan and design water and sewage systems, buildings, structures and residential houses following construction and government standards using drawing tools.
2. Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
3. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
4. Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property.
5. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
6. Conduct studies of  environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
7. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
8. Direct construction, operations,  and maintenance activities at project site to ensure that they are built according to carefully drafted plans.
9. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
