SELLER'S NOTE:ALMOST ALL UNDERWATER DIGICAM PROBLEM IS WATER LEAKAGE   
MANUFACTURERS OF THESE CAMERA ARE VERY FIRMED ON THEIR  PRONOUNCEMENT  THAT BEFORE THEY   
RELEASE THE UNIT FROM THE FACTORY, ITS BEEN TESTED , UNDERWENT AND PASSED QUALITY CHECK,   
MY POINT HERE IS ..ONCE YOUR UNIT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO  WATER LEAKAGE,   
IT IS HARD TO PROVE THAT THE UNIT HAS  A "FACTORY DEFECT "   
BEC. OF ITS MANY LIMITATIONS..AND AS STATED BY THE MANUFACTURERS   
ONCE WATER LEAKED INSIDE "WARRANTY WILL BE VOID"   
ANOTHER REASON BY MANU..: "MAYBE THE BATTERY COVER OR   
THE USB PORT COVER IS NOT PROPERLY CLOSE".   
ADD THIS TO THE 4 LIMiTATION MENTION ABOVE..   
   
Once your unit has been damaged due to water leakage, it is very hard to prove   
that the unit has a "factory defect" because of the many limitations of the camera.   
These limitations are clearly stated in the manual, aside from the fact that the unit prior   
to its released from the factory has been tested and passed quality check.   
   
Normally, when unit was found to have water entry, manufacturers made due    
diligence to check if there are leak possibilities that have occurred causing the    
water to leak and if unit is found to be in perfect condition, that is it has no leakage   
whatsoever during the testing, then warranty is considered void, thus entry of water   
may have been caused by leaving the battery cover or the USB port cover opened or   
not properly closed. Other causes might be, due to several limitations mentioned above   
some of them might have not been properly followed, causing major damage to the unit.    
These factors are attributed to the misuse, mishandling of the unit and an immediate ground    
to void the warranty.  For disputes on these, the final say and findings will still be the    
manufacturer's point of view.
