OPERATION MANAGERS
Qualifications:

• At least  7 years total work experience in the BPO industry with at least 2 years experience as manager  
• Excellent English communication skills
• Analytical thinking and outstanding people management  skills

SIX SIGMA MANAGER
Qualifications:
Must have an experience in conducting Six Sigma Training

• Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong background in Statistics
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
•  Must have experience in leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects. Preferably in a call center environment

QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD
Qualifications:

•  

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

    • At least 3 yrs in the BPO industry, 18mos in QA
    • Required skill(s): MS Excel, Quality
    • Preferred skill(s): CSAT, Six Sigma
    • Hands on knowledge of statistical and quality tools
    • Tactical thinking skills
    • Has experience in managing call center metrics
    • Client interfacing, an advantage but not required
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Libis Quezon City site

WORKFORCE SPECIALIST
Qualifications:

• At least 5 years related work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience directly managing a team in a call center environment

    • Preferably with working knowledge of IEX software and Real Time Monitoring CC Pulse
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

•  
  •  
    • Exposure to the IT Services/IT Enabled Services industry is desired but not essential
      • In the absence of an exposure to IT/ITES industry the candidate must have a strong 'Operations Support' experience
      • Experience in working on a 24x7 support operations is an added advantage
      • Should have had the experience of working in teams
      • Knowledge of a)LAN, b)WAN, c)Voice, d)Telecom, e) IT Security or an appreciation of the interplay between these.
      • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and schedule-shifting environment is a must
