Introducing:
CHOPSTICKS!!!
Chopsticks is the band that reunites Jigger with Deck and Pol. These three have performed together for five years in the band Ministix and therefore already have established a strong working relationship between themselves.
Jigger's comedic prowess and bubbly character adds spice and fun to the whole set while his strong and soulful voice will make you want to take notice. His charming and witty personality is a trait well appreciated by his audience, young and old alike.
Being Jigger's spiel partner, Pol, with his rock musical background, adds diversity to the bands genre. His powerful voice astounds spectators. Among his trademark songs are "I don't wanna miss a thing" by Aerosmith, and "I will do anything for love (but I won’t do that)" by Meat Loaf. He's been in and out of The Philippines and was one of the original members of the Multivitamins Band.
Not to be outdone, Deck was one of the original members of the Nexxus band. He sung the hit songs, "I'll never go" (revived by Eric Santos) and "I keep on saying to you.” Debonair Deck, "the kilig-factor" of the group, often captivates the crowd with his manly appeal and his impressive vocal range.
These three, having their distinct characteristics are supported by an equally respectable backing band, consisting of Alvin (Keyboards), Jason (Bass), Robin (Lead Guitar) and Jayson (Drums).
All in all, this combination ensures that this powerhouse vocal trio is a showcase well worth watching.
