We are a group of young professionals and we offer design Services and CAD Services, as specified below:

a) Architectural Designs

b) Allied Engineering Designs/Drawings such as Electrical, Plumbing and Structural

c) Complete Plans for Construction Permit purposes

    ( with material Specs., struc’l. analysis etc. )

d) 3d Perspective (interior/exterior)

We also offer initial designs of Houses, Buildings, etc.

We accept CAD Services but drawings are to be provided by the Client.

Prices will vary depending on floor area and complexity of Designs/Drawings per Project basis, we also accept per Sheet basis for CAD services minimum of Php 500.

Prices are all negotiable.
