Job Hiring For Director Sales and Marketing the Philippines

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:                       Director  Sales and Marketing the Philippines  (6 months probation)

Reporting to                          Kenneth Forssell, CEO & Partner Asia Pac, Partner

Department:                         General

Location:                              Manila office

Purpose of this Position:

To lead the Philippines business into a future of sustainable and profitable growth. To successfully SELL more services to more customers whilst constantly improving customer satisfaction.

To recruit, train, manage and motivate the best people to deliver the appropriate services to the Philippine standards and ensure continuing employee satisfaction and fulfilment. 

To manage the day to day running of the Manila office and support the Pharmexx & Adxto group/regional office with the timely and accurate submission of monthly reports, financial reports and any other ad hoc information requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare and implement a business development plan. To define and manage the appropriate amount of time devoted to customer facing activities to enable on target revenue growth. To cooperate with management the development of their particular services in the Philippines.     
• To ensure the quality of all proposals and agreements prior to sign off as per the policy.  
• To manage effectively, existing projects and new business to the satisfaction of the customer, Pharmexx & Adxto and the employees.
• To network with colleagues in the wider organisation to maximise ‘best practice’ and to drive a culture of continuous improvement
• To increase your knowledge and understanding of the Philippines pharmaceutical industry and the outsourcing business and lead the strategic planning of the Philippines operation
• To manage the financial responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing business to the required standard of local statutory and Pharmexx & Adxto Group guidelines. 
• To oversee the HR and administration requirements supported by HR Director from the Group

Co-ordinate the flow of relevant information to Group Management

• Co-ordinate regular reports to senior management on the status of all projects identifying significant issues and/or risks to meeting both financial and project objectives.

Knowledge Requirements

Strong selling and customer relationship skills. (successful experience as Medical Representative and Sales Manager)

Clear, open and effective communication style – both oral and written English and tagalog .

Ability to maintain the large picture without losing sight of the details.

Possess strong leadership skills whilst still being a team player.

Ability to manage to plan and convey a sense of urgency in getting the job done, even in times of pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills, accompanied by the willingness and ability to facilitate resolution of conflict within the team and manage effective customer relationships.

Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

Education & Training

Degree in Life Sciences or Business Management. 5 years of relevant industry experience (pharmaceutical ).

Direct reports – Booking personnel, Representatives, Compliance Nurses financial & admin staff
