Water can and will penetrate most materials used in construction. The quality of waterproofing materials used during original construction will determine how long the structure could prevent tenacity of water in finding weak points in the structure. Most buildings if not properly waterproofed will over short period of time be penetrated by water. Water penetrating into buildings, into masonry causing problems with the brick, into concrete causing spalls in the concrete are all sources of deterioration of the building envelope. This situation will certainly result to more expensive major restoration or maintenance works.

Waterproofing is made up a numerous components, including glazing, flashings, caps, membranes (cold or hot), clear sealers, roofing materials, exterior painting and more. Each of these items is performed using several types of material. There are dozens of combinations available to waterproof any building. Epoxy Application (Grouting, Injection and Flooring)

Concrete cracks. No one likes it, but it is a fact. These cracks create structural concerns and waterproofing issues. Epoxy Injection addresses the structural concerns by acting as a glue-like substance in the crack. This is commonly used in structures that incurred a one time loading or movement event. Our Epoxy Flooring application is ideal for floor topping of new and existing floorings of production plants, warehouses, laboratories and sports facilities such as badminton, basketball and tennis courts. Our materials are formulated from carefully selected, highest grade epoxy resin and curing agents, manufactured under strict quality control standards. It cures to hard flexible surface that is abrasion resistant. It has an excellent adhesion on properly prepared substrates, such as concrete and steel.
