Santa's Workshop Christmas Bazaar

             Good day! We are currently organizing the Annual Paskong MEA Bazaar of the Ateneo Management Engineering Association (MEA).

             
             This year's theme is Santa's Workshop Bazaar and it will be held in theGateway Trade Hall, 3rd Level Gateway Mall on November 28-29, 2009 from 10AM to 10PM.

              We'll be providing the concessionaires with the necessary pieces of equipment like booths, chairs and tables. The booths are 2x2m in size and are confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 

              We'll take care of overall event promotions, decorations, and entertainment. Tarps, posters, and flyers will be put up/distributed in the Katipunan area such as theAteneo campus, Miriam College, UP Diliman, the Araneta Center Malls, MRT and LRT stations, Ortigas & San Juan area exclusive residential subdivisions, and other selected areas in Quezon City.
  

              We have a very strategic location as Gateway is adjacent to the LRT and MRT stations and the timing is perfect since it's a long weekend, it's almost Christmas, and it's the end of the month which means payday for most people so we expect many mall-goers to do their Christmas shopping at this time.

              
              Booth rate for two days is only P4,500. BUT, since it's Christmas, we're extending a 15% discount to those who will confirm their slots before November 18, 2009! so it will come out to just P3,300 for a booth for two days already!
