POSITION: Operations Managers, Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers
                              
Qualifications:
·         Male or Female
·         Not more than 50 yrs old
·         Degree in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management or any Business-related courses from prestigious schools
·         With at least 5 yrs of managerial experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Salary rate:           at least 20K  (depending on the position)

Duties (KM):

·         Responsible for the entire food service operation, including food preparation, supervision  of cooks, food inventory, ordering and deliveries, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
·         Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
·         Menu Planning
·         Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer management at all times
·         Ensure that all health and safety and kitchen paperwork’s are completed and filed in a timely and accurate manner in line with Company guidelines
·         Monitor and manage all maintenance issues
·         Control all aspects of finance in the kitchen including sales, gross profit, stock control, and controllable expenditure
·         Complete product ordering on time, and to ensure full availability of all menu items
·         Manage the kitchen team including their day to day performance; identifying and monitoring their training needs and taking an active role in their development
·         Ensure effective communication through regular meetings and timely distribution and briefing of all Company communications
·         Identify recruitment needs and take an active role in search and selection activities and the appointment of staff in line with the Company’s recruitment process
