Wanted AREA MANAGER

Role:

• Drives efficient and profitable operation of assigned LA RICA stores.
• Ensures the LA RICA experience is consistent throughout.
• Ensures that store partners are positively led and empowered, quality store
operations are maintained and sales targets are reached.
• Ensures efficient and timely role out of system, procedures and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Works with store management to identify and utilize opportunities to increase
sales.
• Controls staff costs and manage appropriate inventories.
• Ensures cash handling is carried out in compliance with company policy and
procedure.
• Reports the performance of all the baristas working in-stores in assigned
stores.
• Leads, motivates, and manages the in-store baristas in assigned stores.
• Ensures that the LA RICA standards and policies are followed by all in-store
baristas in assigned stores.
• Maintain the best condition of all assigned stores.

Skills:

• Relevant food and beverage background.
• High level of leadership and staff management skills.
• High degree PC literacy and analytical capabilities.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Able to drive and get a driving license in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for someone who has deep and long enough relevant experience,
like:

• A District/Area Manager in Starbucks (preferred) or other well known
international coffee shop brands (like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or Second Cup
for example) is an advantage.
• An Operation Manager working in the same kind of companies mentioned
above who is willing to work as an Area Manager.
• A big restaurant manager in a 5-stars hotel.
