Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Committed to exceeding the client and company’s expectations as it relates to their performance of tasks assigned, in a competent and consistent manner. 
  • Respond to inbound/outbound customer calls and handles customer concerns or makes calls to prospects and customers that are generated through call lists or referrals. 
  • Use consultative sales and soft-skill communication techniques that meet the expectation of Amberbase management and its clients. 
  • Utilize effective sales and customer service techniques to handle customer objections and questions. 
  • Work proficiency with Amberbase technical systems to effectively manage and maintain accurate records of calls and transactions. 
  • Meet quality and performance metrics as outlined by Amberbase management. 

Skills and Abilities:

  • The candidate must have a positive and aggressive personality 
  • Applicants must have at least 6 months experience as an outbound/inbound call center agent 
  • Candidate must possess a clear, distinct and professional speaking voice Strong professional and customer service skills Ability to work within a team environment 
  • Ability to type up to 20 wpm Must be knowledgeable in computer application and the internet Must possess excellent command of the English language both written and oral 
  • Candidate must be willing to work on permanent night shift 
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
