1 Teacher for new Study Center in Makati Offc M-F 8:30-6PM. Fixed Salary + 50-50 Profit Share

This is a rare, perfect opportunity for the right person ! 

To be established is a new, private "Study Center" at an office condominium unit in Makati (Pasong Tamo/Chino Roces Area, near Waltermart), adjacent to our office unit (4 staff). I am seeking 1 Teacher with true concern for kids, and interest in having the security of fixed salary and at the same time, the income opportunities that come with being a business owner.

The Center
- 28 sqm at a secure Condominium  (easily accessible by public)
- Has window for sunlight (but grilled for safety, balcony will not be made accessible)
- To be brighly painted, lighted, capettted, air-conditioned
- To be provided with educational toys, mini-library, computer/Internet (controlled/supervised usage)
- Intended as Study Center for up to Grade 6 only. No "classroom" type of activities.
- Playground at roofdeck (38F) 
- Target are residents of the Condominium
- Open 8.8:30AM - 5:30/6 PM, Monday- Friday only
- Located 6 doors away from office where I work with 3 others (2 female staff, 2 males). Quick physical assistance available from office in cas eof emergency concerns
- In future, a password-protected camera can be viewed by parents to assure them kids are okay
- Initially for 2 kids (ages 4 and 7), but projected to be capable of accepting more because of size.

The Teacher/ The Offer
- Will be initially responsible for 2 kids ages 4 and 7 so must have experience in handling children with true concern for well-being and learning
- Activities will range from watching over, tutoring, guiding and keeping the Center in order
- Preferably with other skill like piano or art
- Will be paid P 7,000 NET per month (no deductions for taxes, etc.) for 8.8:30AM - 5:30/6 PM, Monday- Friday work only
- Will be offered a Business Partnership (no capital required) through 50% sharing of profit after base costs are covered. The profit will be computed based on Total Income less Expenses (rent, dues, your salary, utilities). Revenue will come from other kids that will go for the service. I will cover expenses while there is no sufficient revenue yet. There is no time limit.

NOTE: Condo unit is not residential. Teacher is not allowed to stay in and use it as living quarters.
