WEB DEVELOPERS / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Immediate hiring!! 15 000 peso base salary,, plus salary bonus, plus high bonus / commission payed for completed projects.

Working as team with other web developers to complete exciting projects in a call center enviroment.

Here is an overview of the project / campaign.

You will be working together with two other web developers to complete templates for web sites,, once the development team has completed the templates, there will be full time sales people calling american businesses to sell the templates.

Simply, we will create very nice professional templates and then the clients would supply the content,, so this position is full time, on-going even after the templates have been finished, because you would be responsible to add the customers relevant data into the template.

We will be offering huge bonuses based on the number of completed projects you finish in one month over the base salary.

You will be responsible to work together with both the sales person and possibly even the client directly.

It is a fun and relaxed working enviroment. You will be supplied with brand new top of the line hardware / software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop website and creates design layout
• Design landing pages
• Design standard site templates
• Can create needed pages in whatever web format is needed based on design pages by others
  Must be great in developing
• Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
• Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum (2) years working experience
• Excellent Web Design and Graphic Design skills
• Can design and maintain corporate website
• Creative and capable of designing original pieces
• Ability to translate client business needs into successful projects
• PHP / MySQL
• Expert in the use of Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Expert in HTML, XHTML, CSS
• Design standard site templates
• Javascript / AJAX / JQuery
• Knowledge in CMS / Joomla is an advantage / MySQL on Linux is a plus
• Knowledge in Wordpress, API, XML is a plus
• Building and updating PHP/MySQL database driven websites
• Providing technical support to clients and other staff
• Must be good in oral and written communication skills
• Capable of Handling Hardware and Software and also very good knowledge about developing website
