Qualifications for Technical Specialist
Must be college graduates of a 4-year course; preferably IT-related
At least two years work experience in a call center for a technical account OR two years work experience in a call center (non technical account) and have IT education
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
Qualifications for Customer Care Specialist
Completed at least three years in college of any course with no back subjects OR finished a two-year diploma/certificate course
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment including graveyard, holidays and weekend shifts
