You will be given a template for you to maintain checkbooks, simple vouchers, invoices, receipts, and bank statements. We take care of account classification, encoding, ledgering, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, ageing of A/R and A/P, and VAT schedules. Every month you receive a balance sheet, a profit & loss report, an A/R ageing, and a VAT list. No other outsourced service can supply you with these complete services. Your system can even be accessible remotely (internet connections applied) wherever you are in the Philippines or in the world.
