Description: WorldPartner offers a unique opportunity for fresh IT graduates or IT students in their final semester who would like to work in software development. If you join our developer trainee program you will be introduced to a number of different subjects in your first year with us. You will especially work with testing and documentation, which we feel is the best way to understand how software development works. Depending on your skills and knowledge you will gradually get more and more tasks in supporting our Sr. Software development staff with unit tests or other basic coding assignments.

After a year with us you will be offered a choice of whether you want to continue in the direction of developer, tester/QA, or business analyst. You will then be connected to a personal mentor with experience in your area of interest, which will ensure that you receive the necessary on-the-job support to achieve your goals.


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar educations background (may also be in final semester of course)
- A good understanding of coding and basic software design principles
- Must have strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
- Must be hardworking and able to meet goals
- Willing to work as a Tester to gain experience in the IT industry

Candidates must fall under these additional requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Team players with good work ethics
• Can work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Output Oriented
• Willing to learn new technologies
• In good health
