All original! 98% scratch free (theres a little smudges at the back lang, but all in all makinis na makinis) no defects, Complete accessories with Box and apple warranty! No need to jail break coz its already jail broken, with 4.5gb dvd worth of app games when you buy this ipod touch. It still has 9 months warranty from apple, serial number is 1A931P2L203 if you want to check the warranty :)
