Can I test all features in your office including the wifi? Hows the battery life?
I will be amending my post in due time. Rechargeable batteries in whatever form and use, for cellphones, laptops, pocketpcs, UPS, servers, etc. do not last beyond 2 years. This is despite being in use or storage.
A long time ago, they used to last 3 years but there was a factory defect by a major supplier wherein rechargeable batteries exploded or overheated. In my opinion, they discovered increased sales so this defect has been muted to a shorter lifespan of rechargeable batteries. This is just my opinion, I personally am mad at seeing my costs increase for replacing rechargeable batteries. Perhaps a bomb strike should be done on those factories for producing low-quality rechargeable batteries.
Anyway, I can not assure you of battery lifespan. There are after-market sales for that, even in eBay, where it can be imported. Or maybe at the local resellers here. I often use my pocketpc to read books or emagazines at night, connected to the charger.
You can test wifi and bluetooth, we allow our customers to do that. No swapping of batteries or protective covers, though.
