There are three types of monoglycerides that are generally used for manufacturing commercial soaps: Animal fats, Super fats and Spent Acid of Petroleum. Since it takes 3 monoglycerides to make soap as base oils, many manufacturers use all for soap-production.

Bacteria
These raw materials are generally inexpensive but problem is, they are also sources of bacteria particularly salmonella. To prevent the multiplication of bacteria, formaldehyde is used. Formaldehyde prevents the multiplication of bacteria but not necessarily kill them.

Perfume
To suppress the revolting smell of Formaldehyde, perfume is added to the mixture. Since both the perfume and formaldehyde are highly volatile substances, they easily evaporate when mixed with water. Once these evaporate (-ever wonder why soap scent disappear easily?), guess what's left on your skin?

Body Odor, Skin Diseases
No wonder why even children tend to smell bad easily even just an hour after taking a bath. No wonder why sometimes you suffer from skin diseases even if you're aware that you're not eating anything that may contribute to skin sickness.

Tri-glycerides
Restore organic soaps are manufactured using coconut oil. Coconut oil is a tri-glyceride. It's like having 3 mono-glycerides in one. It is a perfect base oil in manufacturing soaps (no other oil is necessary -no animal fats).

Organic Restore Soap
Essential oils used in manufacturing Restore soaps are taken from leaves and roots of various plants and herbs while Omega3-rich fish oil is used as skin moisturizer. Restore also contains special formulation: Natural collagen form seaweeds (Agar-agar).
Commercial soaps with formaldehyde calcifies the skin. Restore first removes dead skin cells and then it restores the natural condition of your skin.

Blue Soap
The essential oil used in blue soap is citronella which is best for body odor. You may find no need for any deodorant anymore. For bad body odor, after taking a bath with blue soap, use its lather as underarm lotion. You will have all-day protection against body odor. You may even notice that your garments, even underwear, don't smell as bad after a day's use.For ladies, use its lather as feminine wash. This helps against bacterial formation which may cause odor and infection. Citronella in the blue soap will also help in restoring the natural color of your body parts made darker by commercial soaps -especially the private parts, elbows, knees and waist area.

Dengue Prevention
This soap is also excellent against insect bites and skin diseases.  Citronella is proven to be effective against mosquitoes.  It is used for the manufacturing of citronella candles and its fragrant smell drives away mosquitoes.  Apply its lather like lotion on your arms and legs without rinsing.  You will then have all day protection against mosquitoes!  For skin diseases, just lather on the affected part of the skin without rinsing. For children, it is also effective against itchiness and for cleansing wounds.

Halitosis
It is also excellent against bad breath or halitosis, gingivitis, and mouth sores as a toothpaste substitute because its PH balance is almost equivalent to that of our saliva.  However, if you're used to the mint flavor of your toothpaste, rub your toothbrush on the soap then put a little toothpaste so you would not have to get used all over again to a different flavor.

Pink Soap

Its essential oil from the root of Vetiver helps in stretching the facial skin, and you will start feeling it the first time you use this soap.  It will reduce the wrinkles on your face and make it pinkish as well.  It also helps in the removal of stretch marks in pregnant women, warts and skin blemishes like freckles. For best results, apply the soap lather like lotion on your face then leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing.  It wouldn't feel sticky on the skin because it is like lotion.  At first, you may feel a slight tingling sensation on your face depending on your skin sensitivity.  Just continue using the soap until you don't feel any tingling sensation anymore.
