Cost Estimates, Planning and Design

We will work with your ideas and develop a plan with you that will suit your style and fit your budget. PAG IBIG /BANK required Housing Loan Requirements

We will assist and prepare the documents needed for your house construction loan or PAG IBIG financed construction such as complete set of building plans, bill of materials/ specification/ cost estimates and building permit. We are also accredited  to one of the lowest interest housing loan banks and can easily refer you for hassle free loan assistance.

Building Permit and Documentation

We take out all the hassle from you and prepare all necessary documents, blue prints , plans and details for construction purposes to secure government required building permit.

Construction

We will source out all materials and supply labor and tools in the Construction phase. Our team of experienced Engineers, Architects and top - notch Interior Designers will work hard to satisfy every specific criteria you have - with the highest standard of quality and exceptional customer service. A Project Manager / Engineer will be on site regularly to ensure we deliver your dream home on time and on budget.

Post Construction Service/Warranty

All defects made known to CMBuilders within one (1) year counted from the acceptance of the work by the Owner shall be immediately repaired or replaced by CMBuilders.  Our project also comes with warranty of 15 years for any structural defects and strict adherence to building code and safety.

Price and Terms of Payment

Price is typically between 18 thousand to 20 thousand per square meter. This may go up or down depending on the materials and finishes.  You don’t have to worry if budget is a concern, we are able to suggest alternative materials without sacrificing quality. Just tell us your budget and we will work on it.

For a minimal fee we can start working on your dream home. This will cover budget or cost estimate, planning, house designs for you to choose from and documentation. Once approved, the next step is processing of building permit, processing fees will then be requested based on the prevailing fees required by city hall.

At this time, the documents are ready should you wish to avail PAG IBIG financing house construction or thru bank housing loan.  Our Engineer can be requested to be present when meeting with the Bank assessor if necessary.

Once the building permit is released a 25% down payment will be required to start commencing on the actual construction. Balance can be paid thru monthly progress billing.
