Twin Sharing = fully-furnished condo room good for 2 Tenants.

Room is furnished with Air-condition, Beds, Cabinets, Electric Fan, etc.

Air-conditioned Quad-Sharing Room ----------- P 4,500 per  person / month  - ALL IN !!!

Quad Sharing = fully-furnished condo room good for 4 Tenants.

Room is furnished with Air-condition, Beds, Cabinets, Electric Fan, etc.

PAYMENT TERMS

1 MONTH ADVANCE

2 MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT – deposit will be refunded upon finishing the contract

MINIMUN of 6 Months signing contract
