About NHBC:  We offer quality refillable ink cartridges, continuous ink supply system ( CISS) kits, parts, accessories, tools, selected toner cartridges and bottled dye and pigment ink at competitive prices.  Our prices are 30% to 50% lower compared to most mall based shops. We advertise thru the internet ( eBay, Sulit, TipidPC, … ). We also have a physical store that opens daily from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm except on Sundays and Holy Week/Christmas/New Year holidays. 

Our Business Model : 

• We use the latest chip version from the top and largest chip maker in China.
• We offer a thirty (30) day replacement warranty for items that does not perform

as  expected / specified.

• We have many models of standard and extended refillable ink cartridges for BROTHER inkjet printers.  Extended cartridges has CISS functionality.
• We sell refillable cartridges with auto reset chips for current & old EPSON printer models and for EPSON printers bought overseas.  With available CISS parts, you can assemble a CISS set-up.
• Only one physical store ( address at the bottom ).  We have no outlets/branches. 
• NO cash-on-delivery ( COD ) process since we deliver via domestic courier like LBC and JRS.  Couriers are not permitted to accept product payment from buyers. 
•  You are encouraged to visit our shop.  We do not do meet-ups.
• We do not offer CISS installation service.  We provide do-it-yourself ( DIY ) kits. If you need CISS installation guide, we can send via e-mail generic CISS guides or clickable links to You Tube videos you can watch.
• We provide technical assistance to clients during shop hours, by via phone call or e-mail.  We find technical consultations sent thru SMS ineffective since senders often do not fully provide details of the problem / issue / concern.
• We only sell our products within the Philippines ( No international sales ).
• Our fresh bottled ink are factory sealed to ensure non-contamination.
• We do not buy used ink or toner cartridge.
• We are focused on selected printer consumables.  We do not offer printers bundled with CISS or refillable cartridges.

We buy in volume from manufacturers, wholesalers and dealers for greater discounts. We streamline our business processes for fast “order-to-delivery” timeframe.  We believe in high product value and excellent customer service.  We select the domestic couriers that offers the fastest service matched with competitive courier charges.

Shipping and Handling ( S&H ) including insurance :

 ( for applicable charges, please e-mail your name and complete delivery address ). 

For Metro Manila address,                      minimum 90 pesos    ( next working day )

For Luzon ( outside Metro Manila ) address,   minimum 110 pesos   ( 1 to 3 working days )

For Visayas address,                             minimum 130 pesos   ( 2 to 4 working days )

For Mindanao address,                           minimum 150 pesos   ( 2 to 4 working days )

For shipment sent via LBC, minimum is 160 pesos regardless of delivery address.  LBC and JRS do not accept bottled ink or ink cartridge with ink for shipment.

Some delivery addresses are not within the courier’s regular delivery area.  Thus, an out-of-delivery-area ( ODA ) charge is collected from the buyer.  Buyer may opt to pick the shipment at the nearest courier station.

Shipment Release cut-off time: For items paid and confirmed before 12:30 noon of a working day, the item/s ordered will be released to the courier on the same day.

Upon payment, it is the obligation of the buyer to notify NHBC the amount, name of bank / branch and items ordered via e-mail or SMS.

Warranty: 30 calendar days replacement warranty from the date item was picked-up by the buyer or the date shipment was received by buyer. Chip wet with ink, dropped, or mishandled are not covered. Buyer will pay for shipping – both ways.  Damages incurred during shipping must be reported within three calendar days from receipt.
