Requirements to submit for EMPLOYEE with existing 1 yr & 1month old credit card w/ 30k credit limit:

a. Application Form w/ applicant signature – request for email copy
b. 1 Gov’t Issued ID photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures

Requirements to submit for EMPLOYEE without credit card or limited credit card:

1. Application Form w/ applicant signature – request for email copy apply@salaryloans.com.ph
2. 1 Gov’t Issued ID photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures
3. ITR 2316 yr. 2011 w/ complete signatures
4. 1 month latest pay slip or COE with compensation

5. Latest Credit card statement – (if with existing credit card)

Note:
For Call center / BPO employee only MANAGERIAL and higher positions are accepted
