Accounts Payable Team Leads / Sr. Team Leads Philippines

You will be responsible for meeting team metrics and ensuring client deliverables are met. You will be overseeing a team of analysts and resolving complex issues.

Supervisory tasks include:

• meeting team service level agreements
• workload balancing
• coordinating with quality team on process improvement
• performance management of individuals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Accounting or Finance course
• Experience which is relevant to the above mentioned job description
• Open to rotating shifts (such as mornings, afternoons, nights)
• Supervisory experience required.
