c) Short Stay (minimum of 3days and maximum of 14days): P2,000/day (inclusive of assoc. fees
and limited water/electric consumption)
d) Day Stay (should not exceed 24hrs): P2,500/stay (inclusive of assoc. fees and limited
water/electric consumption)
Reservation/Lock-out/Security Deposit: 50% downpayment which is refundable after the occupancy.
Damages and excessive electric/water usage will be deducted (if any).
Upon Occupancy: Full-payment for the whole rental period.
Long Term Rate:
1 year minimum: P16,000/month (exclusive of water & electric bills but inclusive of assoc fees).
2 months deposit & 1 month advance
