Reservation 

Is Php 10,000.00 for Pines Townhouses Model. It is not refundable incase you decides to cancel the reservation but it is part of the equity. You can transfer your reservation and equity payment to other relative person only or unit within 120 days from reservation date provided same agent and developer.

Monthly Equity

Your first DP will start 30-45 days after paying the reservation. Hindi po sabay ang pagbabayad ng reservation at first DP. Downpayment (DP) paid are not refundable if account is cancelled.  

What is Equity

It's the difference between the Total Contract Price of a property and the loanable amount of the Buyer.

Monthly Amortization 

Your first monthly amortization will start after full payment of downpayment. Hindi po magsasabay ang monthly downpayment at monthly amortization.

House construction
