Welcome to the Swimman Aquatics in partnership with Active Lifestyle Sports Consultancy - where kids and even adults can avail of quality swimming lessons all year-round.  

The unique archepelagic demography of the Philippines; with its 7,107 islands and climate conditions pose of the risk of drowning to the Filipino people. There's a ray of hope in this great endeavor. Learning how to swim can play a big role in being water-safe, it is is as essential as breathing (Loteria 2012).

Drowning now is the 2nd leading cause of death among children aged 1-14 y.o in the country to the recent study of the DOH 2003.  More over, according to the latest research done last 2010, Drowning outranks traditional causes of child mortality (eg, meningitis, septicemia, malnutrition, tuberculosis and pneumonia), and will place 6th, 3rd and 2nd leading cause of mortality for children ages 1–4, 5–9 and 10–14 years, respectively. Through the study period, drowning mortality have remained largely unchanged, belying its under-recognition as a public health priority.
