The spacious   place  has  a   capacity  of  300 beds  in   multi-sized  rooms,  and   with  5  function rooms  for   seminars,   wedding  receptions,  honeymoons,  birthday parties,   team  building  activities,   retreats,  and  other    events.

The hotel  suites  and  cottage rates  start at PhP1500  daily    for  a  2- person  bedroom,  and  PhP5000  daily  for   a  huge   room  good    for  10  persons.  Most  importantly,  the   Sierra  Madre  Hotel  and  Resprt   has  a  bar  and  a   coffee  house cum restaurant   that  serves  Continental,  Mediterranean,  Filipino,  Chinese, and   an  assortment  of    international   dishes.   The   food  served  during  any  occasion    depends  on the   customer’s   choice  and  budget  and    is  most  likely  a  combination  of  popular  and  delicious   Filipino  dishes  as  well  as   other  specialty  recipes.  I  was  able  to  try  a   few  of  these   mouth-watering  recipes.  I  loved  their  delicious  pork and  chicken  barbecue, the  savory  beef soup  called  “Bulalo”  and  their  nutritious chopsuey.
