OFFICE ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clerical work (encoding/ filing)
• Handles telephone inquiries and provide corresponding assistance.
• Log-in complains and  deliver  solutions/action as applicable  or  remedy to phone- in complaints
• Coordinate  all  major concerns, complains  and  status from Clients
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Managing and servicing accounts

Requirements:

• 2nd Year Undergrad College / College Graduate
• Male/Female, Single, Must be at least 25-35 years old
• With Pleasing Personality and Good Moral
• With experience, good moral character & Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, motivated to do a good job, multi skilled and flexible
• Very keen to details
• Honest / Responsible
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to work in Makati City
