1. Automated Tardy Warnings – A manager no longer has to monitor employee tardiness. The system automatically delivers Tardiness warnings via may send a personal message a specific employee.
2. Loan Status and Payment History Self Service Inquiry – Employees can easily check their individual loan payments and balances without bothering the Accounting office. (Requires EDS Attendance and Payroll Module).
3. Overbreak Monitoring – Employers can determine employees who exceed their alloted breaktime (coffee and lunch breaks). If so, corresponding deductions will occur for erring employees. (Requires EDS Attendance and Payroll Module)
4. Automated Missing Logs Warnings - If an employee fails or forgets to log-IN or log-OUT the previous working day, the system will automatically deliver a Missing Logs Warning. This eliminates the tedious job of administrators to remind employees of their missing logs every cutoff payroll period.
5. Automated Blocking - Eliminates problems of contractual, probationary or project employees exceed their contract period. The system will automatically block (prevent from logging-IN) employees whose contract period has expired. Managers sometimes overlook the end of contract date of some employees. Never worry again about end of contract workers. 
6. Employee Log-IN Display – A convenience feature for managers and bosses- the system displays a list of all employees currently logged into the system. Includes the exact time when they logged IN. No more asking around to get information if a specific employee arrived or not.
7. Timedata History Inquiry– Self-service timedata history inquiry. Employees may inquire about their timedata history – minimizing need to approach HR personnel.
8. Marquee Announcement– The system displays a moving message at the bottom of the screen that can announce anything management wants. This message is uploaded remotely using our software.
