All items for sale in bulk/wholesale are on a per order basis and shall be done  in our main or branch office or designated pick up points. For those  who wish to buy samples, selected items are available for sale at retail price . Samples are not for free, since they are also offered to walk in shoppers. There are items which we cannot sell samples (specially those sold by our dealers) but it can be seen at our showroom to check the quality and print of the product.  To ensure availability of samples or stocks for purchase, please text or confirm to reserve or have the product ready before your actual visit.  We do not post photos most of our accomplished project in the catalogue, you can check it at our showroom.  If you cannot personally visit us to inspect the item, you can order thru email or text & we will send you samples upon payment of the item cost & shipping cost  thru our authorized payment center . Megasphere Easy Steps to ORDER, PAY & PICK UP

STEP 1:  Email to malouparreno@yahoo.com, or text 0908 8885672 your Request for Quotation (RFQ) which includes item and quantity required (if w/ logo design already, email the JPEG file)

STEP 2:  Wait for Megasphere Quotation/Pro-forma Purchase Order (P.O.)

STEP 3:  After negotiation and final logo layout, client make confirmation of order by emailing back the final Quotation/Pro-forma P.O.

STEP 4:  Client to pay the required downpayment (DP) thru our payment facilities and text or email us payment details

STEP 5:  Megasphere proceed with the production of ordered items as per specs and leadtime  on the Quotation/P.O.

STEP 6: If ready for pick up, Client shall be advised of the pick up date/time at our office or pick up points and required to pay the balance before release of the ordered items.

Note:  We also facilitate delivery thru courier with delivery charge, (or for free), depends on nature of item, volume & leadtime.

 Price supplied herein are estimates only for the cheapest ready made shape/design, assorted color items, as reflected in our catalogue with 10 days more or less production lead time.  For customized shape and single color item, which others can't supply you,  we could negotiate with the price if you meet the MOQ for us to directly manufacture/produce or toll manufacture/import which would take around 40 days production leadtime.  Please choose particular item and get quotations from among our competitors and decide  which would fit your budget so we could finally send you our  best offer we could give.  Quoted items herein is inclusive of 1 color silkscreen print , 1 side print.  We also offer full color direct to item digital print, the latest in full color digital printing machine. If you order in bulk and all the varieties enumerated above, we will give you bulk and package discount. If you place your P.O. with us, we could test run samples before mass production.  Please take note also that CUSTOMIZED or PERSONALIZED GIVEAWAY ITEMS ARE NOT REPLACEABLE OR RETURNABLE since they are personally made for you, unless the item is found to be factory defective.  Printing process especially for heat transfer printing and manual silkscreen printing which is not that consistent  and more inferior quality print compared to direct digital printing,  is not considered to be a factor in returning and/or rejecting a customized or personalized item.  As long as it is readable and have correct logo or name printed as per approved details and layout, it cannot be returned anymore.  It is the buyer's responsibility also to check and verify the  quality of print by the seller according to their standards.  Megasphere as seller will do their best effort to supply you with quality items which would meet your expectations. Non-customized items are returnable or replaceable if with factory defect.
