Mag-inquire lang po ako, kung sakali lupa lang ang bibilhin ko at ako na magpagawa ng bahay pwede po ba akong bumili ng Plan & drawing ng isang unit sa company nyo para yan na po ang gagamitin ko. How about the amortization mga ilang percent po ba ang hulog para pwede na ako mag start to construct the unit. Maraming salamat po.

Pwede po lot lang ang bilhin nyo sa amin (FILINVEST).

The Plan and the Drawing you can get it po sa mga contractors. Hindi po kasi nag bebenta ang mga Developer ng plan or drawings.

Ang amortization pwede ko po kayo padalan ng computation sa email nyo, Anong lot area po ba ang prefer nyo? minimum sa Glens po ay 80 sq.m. to 120 sq.m. 

Normaly po 50% to allow you to start constructing your house, but at 30% you may request na subject for approval.
