Pls do not call my number to ask for clarifications and list of requirements needed in license application/renewal or upgrading because if that is your only purpose, I encourage you to call and inquire directly in PCAB because I am not a free 24/7 customer service partner of PCAB.

The scope of our service is to assist you in completing your application including assessment of your qualification.Final documents will be provided to you for submission to PCAB. My role is to guide you, advise you and help you on documentation of your application and help you assure the approval of your license. 

Before contacting me, please take note of the ff:

1. If what you need is only to obtain the list of requirements of your application and some clarifications on it, please communicate directly with PCAB or check the DTI Website;

2.Please do not contact us if you are not capable of being responsible in settling payments or obligations even after your application has successfully been approved by PCAB , because every ink, every paper, notarial fee and every second and minute we spent with you is not free of charge; 

3. We no longer do meet-ups without conforming with our proposal sent to you;(pls take note that if you received our proposal, you are free to reply us with your concerns relating to it including negotiation on fees)

4. We only render our service to all RESPONSIBLE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSMAN/CONTRACTOR and COMPANIES;

 I would like to emphasize that we are not FIXERS, we are not SCAMMERS and CUNNING/CHEATING and MONKEY BUSINESS are prohibited not only here but in the whole business industry where all players are RESPONSIBLE PROFESSIONALS.
