All transactions can be done in a private manner, even by cash if requested.  AMLA does not apply because payments are either bank-to-bank, ledger-to-ledger, or cash inside a bank (ask a lawyer).  If you are selling old currency, AMLA does not apply because you are not depositing it into a bank.  Large amounts of currency require machine-verification and machine-counting.  Large amounts of gold require us to facilitate a professional assay at an SEC-regulated refinery by a BOI-licensed assayer.
