Rooms is non-airconditioned with large windows to ensure proper ventilation and render nice view.

Our Condominium is located at Palm Towers in San Antonio Village, Makati. It is walking distance from RCBC Plaza-Ayala, Centro Escolar University(CEU), Burgundy (sykes), Shopwise, STI, Exportbank-buendia, Makati Medical Center. One short ride to Glorietta, Jupiter, Don Bosco, Makati Cinema Square, Mantrade, LRT Gil Puyat, MRT Magallanes, Salcedo and Legaspi Village, Makati.

After a day's work, you can:

• enjoy watching cable tv in our living room
• workout in the gym (w/ minimal per session fee)
• enjoy Makati Skyline from your room's large windows
• prepare dinner using our ref and stove (w/c are already provided)
• or simply SLEEP all you can without the worry of being late since you're just a stonethrow away from work.
