            Notes:

            *Reservations should be made at least a week before the event.

            *A minimum down payment of P1, 000.00 is required upon reservation /

            confirmation. The balance is to be settled on the date of the event in full cash.

            *Additional charges may apply for events in some areas in Metro Manila

            and Out of Town Areas.

            *In case of cancellations, down payments are non-refundable,

            non-transferrable, and non-consumable.

            *The service agreement shall be sent to you and is taken into effect

            upon confirmation followed by down payment.

            *We shall not be held responsible for cancellation by reason of

            typhoons, fire, earthquake, or any cause beyond control.

            *Maximum 4 hours will be allowed for the event (including set-up).

            * Additional 500.00 per excess hour of service.

            * Client will be the one to provide table.
