offers a one (1) year warranty on our watch repairs. This warranty of service starts from the date you receive your watch. We take real pride in providing the best service in the industry and we stand behind our work 100%. If a problem arises following our watch repair, we will, during the twelve months immediately following our initial service, at our discretion, repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution. All other rights resulting from the faulty execution of services are expressly excluded. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident or negligence and does not cover case, watch straps, bracelet, crystals or return shipping charges. Warranty is void if our service department discloses instances of tampering. Partial repairs are not covered by warranty.
