For your information have rules which make it impossible to build a home.

They dissallowed Homeowners from putting up small scale home business because they
constructed a commercial area that they rent out or even put up business.
They use coercion against little sari-sari store to close down or have their water
cut off if they will not oblige. They do this to ensure that all their residents
will buy from their commercial area. This small scale home sari-sari store cannot
secure any bussiness permit because Addas would not allow it. They bar goods
deliveries as well if it won't be for their commercial area.
This is a free country and a free market is often encouraged to help out on the
average daily earnings of middle class families, but this big Company/Developer
only sees their residents as potential "milking cows" where if they can squeeze
out every cent. Bussiness Competition is good for the market it drives prices to
down to reasonable levels and quality is ensured. For such a rich and big company
to stoop so low and monopolize the business in a small community is too much. Yes
they build the house, they spent the capital, but they should not forget the we
bought it and they get paid or they are already fully paid.They want to control
all goods and services even the drinking water.

In cases where the perimieter housing will serve as the village fence they will
not allow the homeowner to have a window or exaust on his kitchen, well you get to
pay the penalty deducted from the construction bond.

They have their own specific details on the house aesthetics, which should be
followed or you suffer a fee from your contstruction bond, they even dictate the
color of the wall fence infront of the house, or the make of the materials used.
How can we have our individuality?

They require a homeowner to secure a permit for occassions held in their house,
even birthdays/kiddie parties.

They charge Homeowners with Association monthly dues which they control. and even
if they transfer the rights of the Homeowners Associaton to the buyers/residents
they still exercise control, nothing changes. They turn their residents into
milking cows.

Addas - We are trying to make a home with dreams of freedom, equality and security
but their reasons are so biased, do not look down on us, we are not your milking
cows. You are not a royalty this is not monarchy and we are not your subjects. Do
not force biased rules and regulations which better serve you in terms of
advantage and profit.
