MOBILE CONDITIONS

A minimum of 100 patients (examination done for 8 hour / working day, within Metro Manila area only)

The company must provide official list of all employees who will undergo the annual medical examination.

VTMDC will provide specimen cups (should be labeled with complete name of employee) for urine and stool samples prior the examination date. All samples should be submitted on the day of physical exam.

All official results and readings of the medical tests will be released within 7 working days.

VTMDC medical team, consist of 2 doctors, 2 medical technologist, 2 radiologist, and a nurse, will be available on that day.

The company must provide comfortable rooms for employees’ physical check-up and safe parking area for the mobile unit, with an adjacent 220 Volt, 13 Amperes power supply.
