Accountants (CPA / Non CPA with experienced in Accounts Receivable )

•Ensuring the accuracy of records of receivables from trade customers; analyzes and facilitates collection, and minimizes doubtful accounts.
•Timely and accurately analysis of Trade Customer’s accounts to enable Sales Management at the Nestle Market in the prompt collection of accounts receivables.
•Regular conduct of Account Receivable review and reconciliation with Trade Customers and Sales Management at the Market to ensure the validity of the records.
•Assisting Sales Management at the Market in ensuring that the Trade Customers generally conform to the respective Nestle Market’s Credit and Control Guidelines.
•Maintaining cordial and mutually beneficial relations, in behalf of the Nestle Market with Trade Customers.
•Implementing Nestle’s thrust of “one-face approach” in dealing with Trade Customers.

We are looking for candidates with proven skills and experience in accounting ( Accounts Receivables ) role with -highly aggressive, confident with dedication at work as well as positive thinking.  Ideally, you will be used to a fast paced environment and is a team player, must have the passion for exceeding customer expectations and can confidently communicate ideas to all levels of people in the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Would prefer CPA
•Has substantial 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
•Knowledge of accounting software QUICKBOOKS and SAP are definite advantage.
•Comfortable with PC’s, e-mail and Microsoft Office. 
•Has experience in FMCG / manufacturing industry for at least 3 years
•Possesses leadership and excellent communication skills
