PowerShopper Branch Partners Package

PowerShopper Inc. offers the following package to our branch partner:

1.  Authorization to operate a PowerShopper Branch in key areas in the Philippines;

Northern Luzon (NL), Southern Luzon (SL), Vizayas, and Mindanao. Branch partner will have to choose only one particular area of operation.

2. The PSI Branch will have the right to use PowerShopper name, logo, style, and all its

service programs and all other items based on our copyright protection.

3. Supply of three issues of PowerShopper Media/Event Bag at fifteen thousand (15,000) copies per issue. The Media/Event Bags may already include the branch partner’s sponsors logo or icon. One issue will be a generic media/event bag.

4. Sample issue of Powershopper Coupon Catalog for implementation in the PSI Branch this will also include sample templates for the branch to use.

5. Inclusion of the PSI Branch at Powershopper website. A dedicated page for the branch will be allocated and will be conspicuously placed for proper identification of the branch. The same will be carried at Bizyonaryo.com (PowerShopper and Sulit.com.ph co-owns Bizyonaryo).

6. An online marketing and promotional assistance will be carried periodically, for the PSI Branch to strengthen its position in the area. This is to help enhance the branch’s marketing and promotional work offline. All PowerShopper partners and allied businesses will be utilized for this purpose.

7. Ample supply of PowerShopper marketing and promotional collaterals, with the different addresses or locations of the PowerShopper Branch.

8. A specialized training for the branch personnel regarding the PSI business operation prior to the branch opening. Business development training for the same will also be conducted periodically.

9. Access to trade events and expos in their respective areas, where PowerShopper is an official event partner. PSI is currently event bag partner of different event organizing groups.

10. Cash incentive for Bizyonaryo assistance. For facilitating Bizyonaryo project in the area, PSI will provide cash incentive as an added income for the branch. (PowerShopper Inc. and Sulit.com.ph co-owns Bizyonaryo).

11. PowerShopper Branch Operations Guide manual will be provided to the officers of the PSI Branch for smooth business operation. This will also serve as implementation guide and reference for the branch management team.

12. Operational forms and documentation will also be provided for the branch. These are necessary forms that includes; sample Placement Order Form, Letter of Proposal to Clients, and Letter to Subdivision Homeowners and Business establishments, etc.

PowerShopper Inc. will also include in the package, the presentation to committed prospective branch partners the different sources of income from this unique business. This business offers potential income streams inherent in the business infrastructure capabilities of the media/event bag.

This type of business has been in operation for 27 years now in the western countries. One such company is distributing three to four million (3 to 4 million) media bags weekly, moving more than sixty million (60 million) pieces of flyers; leaflets discount coupons, and other marketing collaterals regularly.
