Job Title: Kitchen Helpers

Principal: Pegasus Staffing Solutions

Location: Alberta, Canada

Salary: $10 - $12 per hour

Vacancies: 4

 Requirements/Qualifications:

* Some High school/Completion of High school

* Credentials (certificates, licensees, memberships, courses, etc.)

* With/without experience

* Speak English, read English, write English

* Know how to operate all types of equipment like deep fryer, grill

* Must have experience in restaurant and pub

* Weight Handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

* Not more than 35 years

* Male/Female

Counter Attendant and Food Prepare Skills:

* Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

* Portion and wrap foods

* Package take-out food

Kitchen Helping Skills:

* Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

* Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

* Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

* Remove kitchen garbage and trash

 * Sweep and mop floors

Bussing Skills:

* Load bus pans and trays

Dish washing Skills:

* Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

* Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

* Scour pots and pans

* Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units

Transportation/Travel Information/ Public transportation is available

Work Location Information/ Staff accommodation provided

* Writing

* Oral communication

* Working with others

* Continuous learning
