We are a US based company that are looking for parttime freelance graphic artists here in the Philippines. We are not particular in choosing people with higher educational degree, but we are more looking for creative, fast and reliable freelancers.

Job description applicable to both graphic artist and flash developers:

- they will be given a niche topic and requirements, they will deliver their own original design

- they will be given a website template and from there they will create an original design

- they will be modifying an existing designs

The more unique and more relevant designs will be compensated accordingly. There is an oppurtunity that they can be hired as regular homed-based employee if several works have been evaluated as exceptional. The main focused of the job tasks is creating website design and templates. Customized design taks are more well compensated. Sample compensation for a website design starts from $250-$500, but this will depend on the quality and relevance.

Requirements:

1. should have a portfolio of previous works

2. have experienced in doing website graphics design / flash animation

3. must have ready internet connection for accessibility

4. can work fast, independently and timely
