• Basic documentary requirements

CORPORATE LOAN  :

• Qualified Businesses: with Minimum of Php 500,000 gross monthly sales/revenue, operating for at least 3 years
• SEC Registration, Articles of Incorporation and Board Resolution to borrow, with Secretary Certification for authorization to borrow and authorized signatories of the corporation
• DTI Registration
• Mayor's permit or barangay permit to operate business
• Latest Bank Statement

MICRO-BUSINESS LOAN  :

• Mayor’s Permit or Barangay Clearance Permit
• Latest Bank Statement (if applicable)
• Pictures of the business

DOCTOR'S LOAN  :

• Updated PRC ID or proof of renewal
• Latest current account or savings account bank statement
• Patient's ledger or list of clients

DOCTOR'S LOAN EQUIPMENT PURCHASE  :

• Clear photocopy of updated PRC ID or Proof of Renewal, if expired;
  Photocopy of latest bank statement, if any; or
  Patient’s ledger; or
  Credit Card Billing
• Completely filled up Application Form with 2 x 2 picture

• Regular Employee and 6 months employed
• Minimum of Php10,000.00 salary monthly (if single) and Php15,000.00 (if married)
• Photocopy of 1 month latest pay slip

EMERGENCY LOAN  :

Maternity Loan  :

• Ultra Sound and Medical Certificate indicating probable date of her delivery OR SSS form MAT-1 duly stamped and received by SSS
• Ob-Gyne’s Contact information

FRANCHISING LOAN  :

• Proof of Income- the usual requirements are applicable if you are a business owner, doctor, Beneficiary, Allottee, or employee)
• Application form with Franchise Cost estimate from franchisor

Collateral Loan:

CAR LOAN 

• Car model must be 1991 & above. For luxury cars, model must be 1988 & above

• Latest picture of vehicle
• Stencil of motor number and chassis number (in blue form)

• Statement of Account (SOA) from financing corporation/ bank

• Original latest Community Tax Certificate and TIN
• Latest picture of vehicle
• Stencil of motor number and chassis number (in blue form)
• Usual requirements apply if the borrower is employed, with business, allottee, beneficiary or doctor

TAXI LOAN

• Model 1995 and up (with Credit Investigation (CI) at residence)
• Original copy of OR/CR upon release; photocopy upon application
• Stencil of motor no. and chassis no. from LTO
• Inspection fee receipt (from LTO) upon release of loan
• Original CTC (Cedula), TIN number and latest picture of the vehicle
• LTFRB Franchise

PUJ LOAN

• Comprehensive Insurance (for approval of 200k and up)

LPG CONVERSION LOAN

• Stencil of Motor no. and Chassis no. in LTO blue form
• Original copy of Cedula and TIN (upon release)

• Job Order Quotation (coming from the conversion center)
• For tricycle two and four stroke acceptable

REAL ESTATE LOAN

• Subdivision / Residential house and lots/ agricultural lot (with in area nearest Asialink branch)
• Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), Updated Tax Declaration and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (RETR)
• Vicinity Map with location plan
• Original CTC (Cedula) and TIN (with proof)

• Appraisal Fee of Php2,200.00 (Metro Manila); Php2,500.00 (Province)
