Mechanics and Important Reminders for New Subscribers:

1. New subscribers just need to avail any of the bundled DSL plans to receive a free mobile phone. Their account will be locked-in for 24 months

2. Mobile phone unit depends on the availed plan.

3. Free mobile phone will be delivered to the installation address via courier upon completion of the installation. Delivery of the mobile phone is 8 days if within GMA area, 10 days if outside GMA area and for other far areas, 21 days. You can check the status of your delivery by calling our Talk2Globe hotline.

4. Application requirements: Duly accomplished form, ID, P500 advanced payment or POF, P500 one-time set up fee, POB if installation address is different from billing address

5. Application Channel: Globe store or via calling hotline or authorized Globe agents

6. Existing 7 day replacement policy applies. Subscriber may proceed to the nearest Globe Store to have it replaced. If more than 7 days have passed from the time that the phone was received you may advise the subscriber to visit authorized Samsung service centers or Nokia Care centers. Subscribers just need to present the Good Issuance Slip (the document given to subscriber upon delivery) and the 1 year warranty applies.

1. Existing subscribers just need to upgrade to a higher plan to avail of the free mobile phone and will be locked-in for 24 months

2. If subscriber has an existing lock-up, 24 months will be added to the current lock-up upon upgrade and availment of the promo.

3. Mobile phone unit depends on the upgraded plan.

4. Free mobile phone will be delivered to the installation address via courier upon completion of installation.

5. Subscriber under 1 MSF down for 3 and 12 months promo are excluded from the Christmas promo.

6. Subscribers under 1 MSF down for life and 50% off for life may avail the Christmas promo.

7. Subscribers who availed their plan under the Christmas promo and decided to upgrade their subscription can no longer avail another handset.
