 Personal Female Secretary Wanted

I am looking for a personal female secretary whose job functions will be the following, in order of importance to help me.

1) Will scan all documents and my photos from personal albums, etc. into a computer, etc.  Will then make sure that all the files are then backed up on the web.

2) Will run errands when necessary, like going to City Hall to pay real estate taxes, opening the homes that I have for sale for viewing by brokers and potential buyers, going to the supermarket to purchase groceries once in a while, etc.

3) other miscellaneous functions that I might assign.  This requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Please note that:

- The successful applicant will be working out of my home office, where a computer will be provided.  I live in an executive gated village in BF Homes Paranaque, along Concha Cruz and very close to Toyota Alabang from the main gate, and also very close to Alabang Hills from the rear gate, and 

- must love dogs and must also like cats, as I have six (6) wonderful shih tzus (four adults and two puppies) who are people lovers, and who just want to be with people all the time. They will jump on your lap very often.  If you are a true animal lover, you will have priority over the other applicants.

- must be computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, 

- must be very familiar with social networking websites such as Facebook, as I do so much animal advocacy on Facebook.

- must be female, preferably between 21 and 40 years of age (but exceptions in age can be made), no less than 5'3" tall, with a very pleasing personality and neat and attractive in appearance.  PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER TO APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AS YOU WILL JUST BE WASTING YOUR TIME, AND MINE.

- Salary can be negotiated, but will range from a starting NET salary of P6,000 to P15,000, depending on age, experience, and other factors.

- The successful applicant must speak English fluently (pero kahit na konting baluktok pwede na din).

- Applicants who prefer a stay-in job will have priority, but terms will have to be discussed and agreed upon thoroughly.
