Job Title: Landscape Gardener

Location: Guam

Salary: $8.13/hr

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field

* Two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably have experience in maintaining high-end commercial/hotels 

* Candidate who has an eye to be able to add in plants to make bad planters look nice.

* Know how to apply chemical and fertilize, identify disease, how to repair irrigation (which requires plumbing and electrical), know how to operate equipment to install plant

know how to read drawings to be able to layout the plants per the drawings; be able to pour concrete for walkways/ hardscapes / softscapes.

Job Description:

* Plans and executes outdoor landscaping operations and maintains grounds and landscape using bobcat, trenchers, backhoe and other equipment.

* Participates with landscape laborer in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting shrubs and plants using manual and power operated equipment

* Plants shrubs, ornamental plants, trees, grass, flowers and other plants selected by property owner or those recommended for particular landscape effect.

* Trims, fertilizes and cultivates landscaping.

* Performs sprinkler installation and installation of segmental concrete masonry units.
