1. 50 % non-refundable reservation fee must be paid in Cash or deposited at BDO Branch to reserve the item/s and STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Completion of 50 % balance should be paid in form of cash on the day of pick up / delivery.

3. In case of cancellation, any amount deposited due to any reason even due to any act of nature / fortuitous event, the down payment / full payment is strictly NON REFUNDABLE.
