 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. 50% Down payment upon signing of contract. 
2. 50% Full payment after the event.
3. All the packages are subject to 10% service charge
4. 10% of the contract price will be charged upon cancellation of the contract.
5. Service of waiter up to four (4) hours only, in any excess there will be a charge of PhP50 per hour.
6. Overtime fee of PhP50 per hour per waiter and
7. Additional of 50 per floor per waiter if the event isheld in a building w/out service   elevator.
8. Additional transportation fee for out of town venue.
9. Any losses, breakage, gate entrance fee and caterer’s bond at the venue will be charged to your bill.  
10. Subdivision fee should be shouldered by the client.
